The AFL is trying to make Kylie Minogue a Finals superstar in 2023, but they’re just going in circles for now.

Melbourne’s Minogue is currently enjoying a revival with new single ‘Padam’ hitting the dance scene and on TikTok.

She’s one of the rare artists who provide the AFL with a local show and a real big name that appeals to casual fans.
Milo also plans to release an album the week before the finale, giving her additional publicity.
Last year, Robbie Williams was rumored to be performing alongside Milo, but instead Delta Goodrem performed with the Brit.
This year’s Grand Final will kick off at the traditional time of 2:30pm AEDT, as it did last year, with Williams and Goodrem performing in bright sunshine at the MCG.
Entertainment to the finals in previous years has featured a range of Australian artists including John Butler and Eskimo Joe (2021), Tones and I (2019), Jimmy Barnes and the Black Eyed Peas (2018), The Killers (2017), Sting ( 2016), Chris Isaacs, Ellie Goulding and Brian Adams (2015), and Ed Sheeran and Tom Jones (2014).
