Cillian Murphy, known for his role in “Oppenheimer,” recently disclosed the Christopher Nolan film he wishes he had participated in – “Interstellar.” Despite being a regular in Nolan’s projects like “The Dark Knight,” “Inception,” “The Dark Knight Rises,” and “Dunkirk,” Murphy regrets not being part of the 2014 space epic.
In an interview with The Independent, Murphy expressed his admiration for “Interstellar,” describing it as emotional and revealing that it had a significant impact on him.
He mentioned, “It broke my heart. I love watching his films when I’m not in them because you don’t have to freak out about the size of your ears, or whatever.”
When asked to choose another Nolan film to accompany “Oppenheimer,” Murphy remained loyal to his initial selection, “Interstellar.”
He also suggested that those looking for a shorter film could consider the 2017 war drama “Dunkirk.”
