Fans of authentic Vietnamese cuisine rejoice because there is a brand new brunch in town. The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai is JBR’s beautiful pan-Asian restaurant Blue Jade launching brunch for the first time ever, and it looks spectacular.
Saigon Social is held every Thursday night and promises to take you on a culinary journey through Vietnam. Guests will enjoy traditional dishes from Halong Bay, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and other places.
The lively activities will be held between 8pm and 11pm. Guests can choose to sit on the colorfully decorated open-air terrace or sit in the vibrant venue. The interior design is inspired by French-Vietnamese architecture, with cool street bikes, side streets and hidden passages.
Chef Ta Van will provide dishes, and his goal is to bring the spirit of his hometown to Dubai’s gleaming coast. Menu highlights include Pho Bo (Vietnamese national noodle soup), Cá Nướng Lá sen (Ginger lotus sea bass), Bò lúc lắc (fried beef tenderloin) and Bánh Cuon Nhân Tôm Hùm (homemade fresh rice paper rolls with lobster meat and mushrooms), mushrooms and Lime Fish Sauce).
Without some delicious food, brunch cannot represent Saigon, so guests will enjoy desserts such as Nem CuỐi Chiên (crispy banana spring rolls) and Xoi Dua (pandan coconut milk glutinous rice) as well as exotic fruit platters.
Blue Jade prepares an unforgettable evening for you, taking you to Asia with a series of live entertainment, including fusion hand-cooked pots.
The “Zone 4” package includes soft drinks at AED 249, and the “Zone 1” package is priced at AED 398, which includes Asian cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and sparkling wine.
