Wiz Khalifa’s Taylor Gang Entertainment has entered zero space.
The music label and management company has signed endorsement deals with 25 athletes to promote Khalifa’s “45 Minute Knockout” on their Instagram account. On Friday, the athletes will record a video of themselves dancing to the song with a link to their Instagram stories. The song, featuring rapper Lil Uzi Vert, was released earlier this month.
All 25 deals were driven by Texas-based, NIL advertising agency. Each athlete will be compensated for their social media activations.
The move is one of the first for a music label in terms of name, image and likeness. Back in June, Atlantic Records announced an expanded partnership with INFLCR, using the Global Exchange to connect with more than 65,000 athletes to promote upcoming music.
