Wizz Air Abu Dhabi has launched its newest route to Ankara, the capital of Turkey.
Flights to Ankara will begin on January 19, 2023, and will be operated by the fifth aircraft that recently joined the airline’s fleet. Flights to Ankara will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with tickets available on the airline’s website and app for as low as Dh149.
Since its launch in January 2021, the airline now flies to more than 36 destinations within a five-hour flight time radius of Abu Dhabi.

Michael Berlouis, Managing Director of Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, said: “The new route will be operated by our fifth Airbus A321neo aircraft, which has joined our fleet. This is in line with our expansion plans and our commitment to providing affordable options to the travel market, allowing travellers to explore new and eclectic destinations.”
Wizz Air Abu Dhabi offers travel to Alexandria (Egypt), Almaty (Kazakhstan), Amman (Jordan), Ankara (Turkey), Aqaba (Jordan), Athens (Greece), Baku (Azerbaijan), Belgrade (Serbia) ), Dammam (Saudi Arabia), Kuwait City (Kuwait), Kutaisi (Georgia), Manama (Bahrain), Male (Maldives), Muscat (Oman), Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan) , Salalah (Oman), Santorini (Greece), Sarajevo (Bosnia, Sohag (Egypt), Tel Aviv (Israel), Tirana (Albania) and Yerevan (Armenia), etc.

Wizz Air Holdings also plans to build a fleet of 50 aircraft at a new unit in Saudi Arabia by the end of the decade.
