Work in the UAE: Etihad Airways will hire 1,000 crew members in 10 cities-News

Last month, Dubai’s Emirates Airline also announced that it will hire 3,500 employees in the next six months

As the aviation industry recovers from the Covid-19 pandemic, Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways will host a large recruitment event to recruit up to 1,000 people with experience in hotel services to join the airline’s crew .

The International Recruitment Day will be held in 10 different cities in the Middle East and Europe, including the UAE, Egypt, Lebanon, Russia, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.

Last month, Dubai’s Emirates Airline also announced that it would Recruit 3,000 flight attendants and 500 airport service employees Join its Dubai hub in the next six months.

Etihad Airways stated that applicants interested in participating in the recruitment day and joining the crew should visit etihad.com/cabincrewrecruitment in advance to register.

Employees who have been laid off due to the pandemic are welcome to apply through the airline’s alumni program, which is currently advertising vacant positions.

“I am happy to say that Etihad Airways is able to start hiring crew again. The past 18 months have been very difficult. However, with the relaxation of travel restrictions and our strengthening of operations to meet the growing demand, there are many positive Aspects. One of the key parts is to rebuild our crew team,” said Captain Jihad Mata, head of crew performance and support for Etihad Airways.

“In each of these cities, we will be looking for candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating memorable moments for our guests. We are looking for those who can help us grow our business and unite with us to bring the world to Abu People of Zabi’s mission,” he said.

“We hope to attract diverse and talented men and women around the world, inspire and help them open up huge career opportunities and life experiences in the UAE,” Matta added.

The selected candidates will receive a comprehensive training program in Abu Dhabi, which covers all aspects of cabin safety and service provision.
