A sort of The two-day art festival will be held on Alserkal Avenue this weekend. Aura Art, an art group that recognizes and supports local creatives in the United Arab Emirates, is hosting the Aura Art Fair. Looking forward to art, performances and entertainment. The importance of being serious

As part of the Dubai summer surprise, “The Importance of Seriousness” will be staged at The Junction in July this year. This classic comedy by Oscar Wilde tells the story of two young people twisting the truth in order to make life full of passion. Jack invented an older brother, Ernest, who used this as an excuse to leave his dreary life to visit Gwendolyn. Algernon decided to use the name “Serious” when visiting Jack’s young and beautiful ward Cecily. When they finally got together in the country, things started to go wrong, and the two girls discovered the truth. The ticket price is 100 dirhams per person, but you can save 40 dirhams by purchasing the 160 dirham couple package.

Made in Tashkir
when: Guide service will be provided on July 31st (the exhibition lasts until September 7th)
Now in the 11th edition, the summer exhibition “Made in Tashkir” showcases more than 65 works of art by more than 40 artists. This exhibition will showcase diversified works in a wide range of disciplines, from photography to mixed media, acrylic, textiles, screen printing, sculpture, video, installation and calligraphy. There will be an hourly guided tour on July 31. Many of the exhibited works are also available for sale.

Want to be creative? Book an acrylic and gold leaf modern art studio. You will learn to use acrylic paint to incorporate gold leaf into mixed media artwork to achieve a cool “boujee” effect. You will also gain knowledge on how to prepare different surfaces, understand the appropriate medium to use and determine the best acrylic painting technique to apply when dealing with gold foil. The workshop is open to teenagers and adults from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.
