BOGOTA, June 10 (AP) – Colombian President Gustavo Petro said authorities have found four children who survived a small plane crash 40 days ago who had been in the Amazon. The object of the intense search in the jungle made the Colombians nervous.

The children were alone when searchers found them and are now being treated, Petro told reporters after returning to Bogota from Cuba. There he signed a ceasefire with representatives of the ELN rebel group.
