Karachi [Pakistan]May 14 (ANI): Five people, including two women, were killed in two shooting incidents in Karachi on Sunday, Pakistan’s ARY News reported.

According to details, the shootings took place in Memon Goth, Surjani Town, Defense and Municipal Town.

Unidentified men opened fire on a car near a petrol station in Gulshan-e-Surjani, police said, killing two people. The victims have been identified as Babar and Naseem.

Separately, a man, identified as Muhammad Arsalan, was shot dead at a wedding in Malir Saudabad. The body was transferred to Jinnah Hospital, ARY News reported.

Meanwhile, a woman was accidentally shot and killed in Karachi. The incident was reported in Defense Phase 6, Khayaban-e-Halal. The woman was identified as Safia.

Another woman was shot dead near Bismillah Chowk near Gulshan-e-Ghazi in Baldia. The deceased was identified as Noreen and her remains were transferred to a civilian hospital, ARY News reported.

The police have collected evidence from the crime scene and launched an investigation. (Arnie)
