“One of the reasons is that this time I got party tickets myself…People have realized that whoever leaves at this time, their politics will end,” Dawn quoted the PTI chief as saying.

Talking about the members leaving the party, Khan further stated that he does not even plan to distribute the tickets to the majority of those who leave the party.

Meanwhile, Khan said in an interview with a British channel on Monday that the army should have nothing to do with the governance of the country, and anyone who thinks otherwise is living in a fool’s paradise, according to Pakistan’s Tribune.

The PTI chief said he was currently reviewing the political situation, adopting a wait-and-see policy.

“First, I will appoint the vacant posts to promote young people,” he said. However, the PTI chairman expressed concern that new officers might also be detained, adding that he himself might even be jailed. According to The Express Tribune newspaper, parties are only weakened when their vote pools begin to shrink.

“When I lose my vote pool, my position will be weakened,” he said. “You might think this is a big crisis for me, but I don’t. In fact, we’re facing martial law. I wonder what they want from all this. Our economic indicators point to the worst Situation – case scenario.” (Arnie)
