NEW YORK, April 19 (AP) – A parking lot in Manhattan’s lower Financial District collapsed at least partially Tuesday, according to video from city officials and bystanders that showed cars dangling precariously from its curved upper deck. It is not yet known if anyone was injured.
The collapse occurred in the late afternoon in a parking lot on Ann Street, about a half mile (0.8 km) from the New York Stock Exchange.
