KP Mahmood Khan, Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, condemned the incident after the attack on police personnel and requested a report from the Inspector-General of Police (IG), The Tribune reported.

It was the latest attack on law enforcement agencies since the Pakistani Taliban movement (TTP) ordered its militants to carry out terror attacks across Pakistan after the ceasefire was lifted.
