“The data support that Noel’s disappearance most likely occurred in the last week of October 2022, approximately six months ago. Additionally, financial records show that the flight tickets for Cindy, Ashdeep and all six children to India were Purchased with a credit card belonging to Arshdeep,” reads a media release from the Everman Police Department.

Investigators also noticed an unusually large amount of cash deposited in Arshdeep’s bank account. The deposit took place on March 22, just hours before fleeing the country.

Investigators learned that Arshdeep visited one of his workplaces before depositing the cash. As part of his normal job duties, Arshdeep had access to the company safe. Investigators learned that Arshdeep first fraudulently altered the company’s cash deposit records, possibly in an attempt to avoid detection. Arshdeep then took $10,000 in cash from a company safe, went to the nearest bank, and deposited $8,000 of it into his own personal account.

“We have now obtained an additional warrant for Arshdeep’s arrest for felony larceny. We are sharing with you today a still image of Arshdeep making a deposit,” the statement read.

The couple flew to India on March 22 along with their six other children. Two days earlier, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services asked police to conduct a welfare check on the children in the couple’s home. During that visit, Rodriguez-Singer told officials that Noel lives in Mexico with his family.

“Today marks a month since the initial Amber Alert was issued on this case. Since then, this investigative team has spent thousands of man-hours on the case, followed more than 70 leads, issued two dozen search warrants, arrest warrants, and Subpoenas, and numerous interviews. This investigation has taken us across state and country borders. Investigators have worked hard in this case to gather a wealth of information, data, and evidence. Every day, we are getting closer The answers we’re all seeking. It’s been a month and we haven’t found Noel, but rest assured, our fight hasn’t stopped; it’s not even over. We’ll keep fighting for Noel until we get our answers required,” the statement read. (Arnie)
