The spokesman told a briefing here on Tuesday (local time) that the visit of the head of the UN General Assembly, invited by the Indian government, will likely begin on January 29 and will include a speech to the Indian Council of World Affairs, which is A foreign policy think tank.
Kubiak said he would also meet scientists and visit a water conservation project during his visit to India, according to a statement from the UN General Assembly.
