Siliguri [West Bengal]24th October (ANI): Border Security Force (BSF) troops exchange sweets with the Bangladesh Border Guard at the Furbari India-Bangladesh border on the occasion of Diwali.
The candy exchange took place between BSF 176 battalion and 18 BGB on the frontier.
Kamal Singh, BSF 176th Battalion BOP Fulbari Company Commander on the North Bengal border, said: “Maintaining good relations with our neighbours is one of India’s traditional values. Sweets are obtained there, so India-Bangladesh relations will remain strong in the future.”
