Enjoy authentic Italian cooking by one of the best chefs in the world…
Generally considered one of the best chefs in the world, Italian restaurant owner Massimo Bottura will return to the UAE next week. For three nights at his Dubai restaurant Torno Subito, guests can enjoy an exclusive dinner menu made by the man himself.
Book a table at Torno Subito – The Palm in Dubai’s West End from 7.30pm to 11.30pm on Tuesday, December 7th, Wednesday, December 8th and Thursday, December 9th. You will have the opportunity to taste a special set menu with no less than eight dishes.
Tasting plates such as warm Piadina bread with smoked eel, squacquerone cheese, pickled red cabbage and coriander. Other dishes include grilled scallops with black olives, capers, basil and grilled tomato soup.
Next comes slow-cooked artichokes, cod and spicy hoisin sauce, and then a creamy risotto cooked with black fish soup, garlic, parsley, tomatoes and tender roasted lamb tenderloin, served with pumpkin, potato and hazelnut puree, and mushroom sauce. And crispy lentils.
The last is ‘3 Cioccolati in Autunno’, a dish made of dark chocolate, milk and salted caramel chocolate with autumn essence and ‘Piccola Pasticceria’, citrus and olive oil sandwich with Sorrento lemon cream roll.
The price of an eight-course set menu is 680 AED per person, excluding drinks, and is only available for three nights. Seats are limited and need to be booked in advance, so be sure to contact the team to reserve your place.
