World Triathlon Championships to return to Abu Dhabi in March 2023

With the 2022 World Triathlon season coming to an exciting conclusion in Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and World Triathlon announced on Monday that the 2023 World Triathlon Championship Series will begin in place in the UAE capital , and concludes in Spain with the final of the 2023 Championship in Pontevedra next September.

The World Triathlon Championship Series will return to its traditional kick-off venue at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi on March 3-4, with events already confirmed in Yokohama (Japan), Hamburg (Germany) and Sunderland (UK). ) dock; and will conclude with the championship final in Pontevedra, Spain, on September 23-24.
