U.S. stock futures are trading higher this morning. Here are some of the big stocks recording gains in today’s premarket session.
- Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. BBY The stock rose 22.5 percent to $2.54 in premarket trading after rising more than 27 percent in regular trading Tuesday. Bed Bath & Beyond has hired consulting firm AlixPartners as its new restructuring adviser, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The company reported a quarterly adjusted net loss of $3.65 per share, missing expectations for a loss of $2.11 per share.
- ProKidney Company program It rose 19.9 percent to $9.20 in premarket trading. ProKidney announced the publication of the trial design for the Phase 2 multicenter clinical trial of REACT in the treatment of advanced type 4 diabetes-associated chronic kidney disease.
- CureVac NV Central air conditioning It was up 8.4 percent at $13.54 in premarket trading after rising more than 20 percent on Tuesday. The company last week released data from its combined COVID-19 and influenza mRNA vaccine development program and recently named Zehnder as CEO, effective April 1.

- world wrestling entertainment wwe It rose 5.8 percent to $95.50 in premarket trading. WWE has reportedly been sold to Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund. According to Fox News, the acquisition means WWE will no longer be a public company.
- Sotera Health Inc. SHC It was up 5.5 percent at $18.20 in premarket trading. Barclays raised Sotera Health from underweight to overweight and raised its target price from $6 to $22.
- AMC Entertainment Holdings asset management company It rose 5 percent to $4.26 in premarket trading after rising more than 3 percent on Tuesday.
- AMTD Creative Group AMTD It rose 4.1 percent to $1.78 in premarket trading.
