Prices start from AED 19.09 million, inspired by 1909, the year Bugatti was founded. All units have a view of the Dubai Water Canal and downtown Burj Khalifa on the other side.
The first Bugatti residence will feature a Riviera-inspired beach, private pool, jacuzzi, health club, chef’s table, private valet parking, private members’ club and car lift from the two-car garage to the penthouse.
Interestingly, ultra-high-net-worth residents of Bugatti Residences by Binghatti will be able to drive into the elevator and then directly access their floors, as each unit has a dedicated parking space. The tallest penthouses will have 20 parking spaces.
