Wrigley Center brings more housing and recreational opportunities to downtown Port Huron

“They are beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos in prime downtown locations, so tenants are not only close to the action at Wrigley Center, but also close to all the other attractions and shops downtown as well,” Cramer said.

Excluding utilities, rental prices for apartments range from $1,425 to $2,150 per month, with some units offering income-based rentals. All apartments feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances with washer and dryer hookups, fireplaces, and private balconies.

“Some green space medians were recently removed to maximize parking in and around the city,” Cramer said.

With all the activity going on in and around Wrigley Hall, special consideration was given to keeping outside noise to a minimum when building the loft, Kramer said.

“Additional material was placed between the activity center and the loft area to minimize occupant noise levels,” Kramer said.

With the buzz around the new venue, several downtown businesses are looking forward to the Wrigley Center and Apartments, hoping it will also bring potential new clients to their businesses.

“I am very happy to have the Wrigley Center downtown,” Schafer said. “I think it’s going to be good for my business with all the potential guests and visitors that the venue brings, as well as the loft and the new tenants. I think it’s going to help a lot of businesses downtown get new customers.”
