Yango Delivery launches in the UAE

Yango Delivery has launched its distribution business platform in the UAE to seamlessly outsource logistics in the last mile.

With a background in maptech, the company claims to provide safe and cost-effective delivery of any type of merchandise, from food to furniture, at varying speeds from courier to next-day traffic.

The company provides the same quality of last-mile service to small stores and large corporations, providing a streamlined experience for individual customers and providing the infrastructure for businesses to support them entering new territories and scaling their operations.

Supported delivery methods range from express (one-hour) to same-day and next-day delivery, with direct (to consumer) or reverse (pickup), the latter suitable for handling returns and more.

When planning a delivery on Yango Delivery, partners can choose between motorcycles, cars, vans or refrigerated vans depending on what they want to deliver.

Agam Garg, General Manager of Yango Delivery UAE, explained: “In the highly competitive delivery space, companies need tools to quickly respond to changing circumstances and changing demands. We are working on digitizing last mile logistics so that our customers can Access various delivery types in one place, with the possibility to easily switch between them or combine them, experimenting and finding the balance between the desired level of customer service and operational efficiency.”

“We take the hassle out of the delivery process for our customers, while considering the best route to deliver more with fewer vehicles. We also pride ourselves on our transparency in tracking, which ensures better communication, easier analysis and informed management decisions,” added Garg.

Yango Delivery uses advanced algorithms to route orders to routes by assimilating all required operational parameters and traffic forecasts, ensuring an impressive 98% on-time delivery success rate.

The platform is accessible via a web interface and can be integrated into client systems via API or Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento modules.

Yango Delivery can be a partner for start-ups that don’t have a delivery infrastructure or don’t plan to have one, or for large corporations with in-house, outsourced or mixed fleets, as a back-up service during peak demand seasons, a the spokesman said. –TradeArabia News Service
