YG Entertainment asks to investigate Blackpink Jennie photo leak

YG Entertainment, the agency of girl group Blackpink, said on Monday that it had asked the police to launch an investigation to find out who first leaked the personal photos of member Jennie.

“We have formally asked the police to investigate who first circulated Blackpink Jennie’s personal photo,” YG said in a statement issued the same day.

“YG has been following the matter closely and filed a lawsuit in September after gathering information. We have not brought up the matter or issued an official statement to minimize any further damage.
