The organizers of the Formula One Etihad Airways 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix announced on Saturday that the final race of the season will resume at full capacity at the Yas Marina Circuit.
Organizers said that the capacity of the Yas Marina Circuit has increased, allowing full participants to participate in the race, which will be held from December 9th to 12th.
Yas Marina Circuit announced in a press release: “As the total number of fans on the track increases, children under the age of 12 will now also be allowed to participate in the competition during the race week.”
The organizer said: “A series of preventive measures will continue to be taken, including temperature checks, site hygiene, and social distancing. At the same time, there will be emergency and Covid-19 detection points on site, including a special isolation room for suspected cases.”
Masks must be worn at all times, and all attendees must present a green pass through the Al Hosn app and a negative PCR test within 48 hours to enter the venue.
Tickets have been offered in various categories, including one-day tickets and hospitality packages to participate in a four-day full event.
“This year’s event will showcase the superstars of motorsport, including Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen, Valtry Bottas and Lando Norris, who will be on the reconfigured circuit for the first time,” The press release said.
It added: “Modifications have been made to set up more dramatic races and increase the chances of overtaking, providing fans with a better overall view.”

The traditional Yasalam post-match concert is back this year, featuring Grammy-nominated artists Khalid and Lewis Capaldi. In addition, four AAA artists are expected to perform in Etihad Park on Thursday and Saturday.
