The Streamy Awards will return this year in Los Angeles on August 27, Dick Clark Productions and Tubefilter confirmed on Thursday (April 27). The date change marks a shift from the summer months, as since 2019 the awards are scheduled to normally take place in December.

The 13th annual Streamys honors those in the creator community and will honor the stars of the gaming, beauty, food and music genres. For the first time, the Streamy Awards will be rolling stonewhich will honor popular songs that have dominated the larger pop culture landscape and social media over the past year.

Nominees for Streamy’s total of more than 45 categories will be announced in July.
