This exhibition is curated by Banat Collective, which treats “woman” as a kind of thought and a body, a body that is “plastic, imaginable and usable, plastic, imaginable and usable”. The description of the exhibition goes on to say that women are “the carriers of the social norms that objectify the body, the family honor code, the gender obligations that dominate public and private spaces, and the bearers of immigration, displacement, substitution, and labor.”learn more here.
