Stylish Japanese concept Otoro opened in Abu Dhabi’s Al Qana district in April, making waves in the city with its ‘less is more’ approach to fine dining. The second standalone branch of BB Social Dining, launched in Dubai’s DIFC district five years ago, will soon open at Rosewood Abu Dhabi. The restaurant’s interior is decorated with artwork inspired by the Italian landscape – ports, palaces, lakes and Roman ruins. Let’s is open all day and serves a fusion of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes. The space is home to a bakery, while the open kitchen showcases a traditional clay oven and a glass case showcases homemade pastries and desserts. Menu highlights include Let’s Balaleet, burrata za’atar flatbread, musakhan Pizza, tart aseeda and faloda milk cake. An olive tree takes centre stage in the 55-seat restaurant’s main dining area, creating a sense of calm in this serene setting away from the city.
