Japanese restaurant Kata has launched an afternoon tea menu. The set menu is called “Hai-Tea” and includes sweet and savory snacks such as Salmon Ceviche, Crab Vol au Vent, Tuna Crisp, Chicken Sandwich, Truffle Wagyu Souffle, Matcha Milk Cake, Mango Panna Cotta and more. Guests can also enjoy hot drinks and smoothies of their choice. The menu is served daily from 3pm to 5pm.

Breakfast menu worth trying

Meda Restaurant in Business Bay has announced that it is now open for breakfast. Served from 9am to 12pm, the menu includes pastries, smoothies, fresh juices, tea and coffee. Guests can enjoy Meda Signature Scrambled Eggs, Classic French Toast with Sour Cherries, Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast, Pancakes and more. MEDA offers a Big Meda breakfast for two for guests with big appetites. The platter includes eggs, avocado toast, crème fraiche, smoked salmon, pancakes, seasonal fruits, Viennese desserts, salads, etc.

Breakfast is served at San Beach, Palm Jumeirah. Guests can enjoy pancakes, pastries, smoothies, coffee, egg dishes and more.

Ruya Dubai, a Turkish restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide, has launched a new menu. New dishes curated by Chef Gökhan Çökelez and his team include: Manti, Lamb Pasta Bags with Tomato Sauce and Garlic Yoghurt, Beluga and Ocietra Caviar with Zaatar Crepes, Eggs, Chives, Lemon Labni and Capers and “Stamboul Dessert” White Chocolate Yogurt Cream with Pistachio Sponge served with Strawberry Basil Sorbet and macerated strawberries.

Balkan bistro 21grams, awarded the Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Dubai, has announced a summer programme, inviting the community to share their views on next season’s menu. The restaurant welcomes everyone to try the weekly specials, provide feedback and participate in an initiative that will eventually feature winning dishes as “Community Specials” on the menu for upcoming seasons. Starting July 3, 2023, 21grams will present a weekly special dish showcasing Balkan traditions and flavours. Guests are encouraged to try the weekly specials and provide ratings and feedback via the review cards provided by the restaurant or by communicating directly with the restaurant team.

Indian restaurant Dhaba Lane has launched a special mango-themed menu this summer. Fruit lovers can enjoy a variety of dishes such as Jain Mango Sandwich with mango slices and vegetables, Mango Dahi Puri featuring Dussheri Aam flavours, Dynamite Mango Prawn Pakoda, Paneer Mango Curry and more.

Lunch and happy hour options

Li’ Brasil is a fusion of Lebanese and Brazilian cuisine with gourmet deals. They have a happy hour menu, when ordering one item from the menu, the other is free. This offer is available every day except Mondays from 5pm-9pm.

Sushisamba expands their business lunch experience with a fusion of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian flavours. Dubbed the “Vivo Business Lunch,” the dining experience is served Monday to Friday from 12pm to 3pm.

Michelin-certified Indian restaurant Punjab Grill has launched a “golden hour” menu. Guests can try a 3-course menu including tea, starter, main course and dessert. The menu has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Enjoy dishes like palak patta chaat, kasundi broccoli, basil salmon tikka, lamb eekh, pudina soya chaap and more. Menus are available daily from 6:30pm to 8pm in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
