Makani Real Estate has announced an exciting addition to the retail sector with its latest development, the Makani Khalidiya Garden Community Center, which is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023. The two-story, 13,500-square-foot community center features a variety of shops, services, and dining options, including exterior and indoor parking.
The community center will include an Abu Dhabi Cooperative Association supermarket, providing a one-stop shop for all your grocery needs. In addition, there will be food and beverage outlets serving a variety of international and local cuisines, as well as an entertainment center.
The center also houses 15 specialty retail stores offering a range of products and services including beauty, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes.
