DAMAC Properties announced at a media conference held in Italy last week that it coincides with Milan Fashion Week and will launch a new ultra-luxury residential building in Dubai.

Located in Dubai Marina, this beach-facing skyscraper has 70 floors of sheer luxury, overlooking the beautiful Palm Jumeirah, and has ultra-luxurious interiors created by Italian fashion giant Roberto Cavalli.

Designed by award-winning architect Shaun Killa-who also created the unique and stunning Dubai Museum of the Future-the tower consists of 485 units divided into three parts.

The first floor is considered luxurious, the middle part of the tower is the upper luxurious, and the top floor provides super luxurious functions and decorations.

The tower is also equipped with 6 panoramic jet elevators that can slide through the hollow of the creative Cavalli Tower to provide residents with unique and magnificent sea views.

In terms of services, residents will get nothing. In addition to 24-hour butler service and a la carte butler service, the tower also provides babysitting services, personal training, valet laundry, in-room chef service, apartment styling, indoor gardening, event planning and indoor care.
