H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan launched Balghaiylam, a new residential development in Abu Dhabi. Developed by Aldar Properties in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, the AED8 billion project aims to create integrated and sustainable neighborhoods, enhancing family stability and community well-being.
Scheduled for completion by 2026, it will offer 1,743 high-quality homes and a range of facilities. The project reflects Abu Dhabi’s commitment to citizen well-being and aligns with the ongoing economic and cultural growth in the emirate.
Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa emphasized the importance of enhancing citizens’ quality of life and meeting their housing needs, making it a top priority for Abu Dhabi’s leadership. The partnership with Aldar aims to offer more housing options, increasing home ownership among Emiratis and reducing delays in acquiring adequate housing.
