Sharjah Sustainable City, developed by Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) in partnership with Diamond Developers, reports strong H1 2023 sales. The final phase, Acres 2023, has been well-received with 35% of the 324 available units sold since its May launch.

The city has also achieved a significant milestone with Phase 1 handed over to homeowners, transitioning into an active community. A sustainable community engagement program encourages eco-friendly living, including urban farming, waste reduction, and recycling. The project aims to create a Net-Zero community for future generations.
