Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has initiated the allocation of modern residential units to enhance citizens’ living standards and promote social cohesion in Dubai.
MBRHE has unveiled 136 contemporary villas in Al Warqaa Fourth, covering 728,510 square feet, as part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Plan. These villas adhere to the highest urban planning standards, and construction began at the start of last year.
Omar Hamad BuShihab, CEO of MBRHE, emphasized that this project is part of their ongoing efforts to address citizens’ housing needs and contribute to Dubai’s long-term vision of improving the quality of life over the next two decades. The project aims to provide world-class standards, promote social stability, and ensure dignified living for citizens and their families.
The project covers 728,510 square feet and has a total construction area of 511,250 square feet. It offers diverse architectural designs to cater to citizens’ preferences, focusing on optimal use of indoor and outdoor spaces.
Each villa spans two floors, with a variety of exterior facades, creating multi-functional living spaces that include family halls, kitchens, guest rooms, and landscaped interiors. The first floor consists of four bedrooms, each with individual services, to facilitate a harmonious blend of shared and personal spaces.
