Expo 2020 is a destination full of opportunities, and the Malaysia Pavilion is no exception. October is an exciting month for Expo organizers, pavilions and UAE residents, as the venue is open to the public.

Weekly activities include pocket talks, group discussions, product launches, business matching meetings and formalization of memorandums of understanding.

Guests at the ceremony will watch a three-dimensional video to commemorate the press conference, and continue to visit the first-hand unique experience of the Malaysian Rainforest Canopy Pavilion and the message that the country hopes to deliver at the 2020 Dubai World Expo.
October 5day: Yayasan Inovasi Malaysia (YIM) and MOSTI will join forces on October 5thday Host the 2021 Malaysia International Technology Summit (MITS). The summit will gather international industry leaders to discuss technology ecosystems, innovation, and environmental issues. Visitors can look forward to panel discussions, master classes, a keynote speech by Dr. Adham Baba, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Malaysia, and a special speech by H Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of Artificial Intelligence in the Prime Minister’s Office, United Arab Emirates. MITS 2021 will also host two memorandum of understanding and agreement signing ceremonies. In addition, this is an opportunity to connect with leaders in science and technology.
After a few weeks under MOSTI’s leadership, the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources (KASA) will host a two-week program in October.

Mr. Shamsul Bahar Mohd Nor, Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Centre (MGTC) said: “The weekly trade and business plan aims to provide a platform for our industry to enter the global market through Expo 2020 Dubai. Visitors can enjoy daily cultural performances performed by the Ministry of Culture and Art (JKKN). Craftsmen from Kraftangan, Malaysia will also conduct three handicraft demonstrations every day to show visitors how to make hand-painted batik, weaving, jewelry and clothing beads.
