UAE AI Office and Dell Partner to Build Agentic AI Skills
The UAE Artificial Intelligence Office has partnered with Dell Technologies to strengthen Agentic AI skills and support practical artificial intelligence solutions for government entities.
The partnership was announced on September 20, 2026, during a UAE government delegation visit to the United States. The delegation includes more than 50 chief AI officers from federal and local government entities.
The collaboration aims to help government teams move AI ideas from early concepts into practical applications. It will include training sessions, AI prototype development and support for identifying useful applications across government operations.
The programme will also focus on building secure technology environments and helping government entities develop strategies for adopting newer AI systems.
As part of the visit, the UAE delegation toured Dell’s AI Factory, which brings together computing infrastructure, software, data and services for developing and deploying AI applications.
Agentic AI refers to AI systems that can perform multi-step tasks with limited direct human input. The partnership is intended to help UAE talent build skills for this emerging area of technology.
The initiative supports the UAE’s broader efforts to expand practical AI adoption across government services and strengthen national capabilities in advanced technologies.
