This month, the region’s leading MICE industry participants will gather in Abu Dhabi to participate in the first Abu Dhabi Business Week (ADBEW 2021), which will be exhibited at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition from October 25 to 27, 2021 Held in the plenary hall of the center (ADNEC).
The Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau (ADCEB) is affiliated to the Abu Dhabi Ministry of Culture and Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi). It aims to make ADBEW an annual event on the MICE calendar and provide industry leaders and practitioners with a platform for a three-day event. The event was developed by DCT Abu Dhabi to consolidate and strengthen relationships within the convention and exhibition industry and to inspire companies as the industry recovers after the pandemic. With numerous social and networking opportunities, DCT Abu Dhabi hopes to create a platform for collective vision and strategy formulation.
Mubarak Al Shamisi, Director of the Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau, said: “We are proud to announce the Abu Dhabi Business Week, and are delighted to see what this inaugural event brings. We hope to accelerate the recovery of the MICE industry and help identify new ones. To adapt to the future and sustainably reshape the industry. As the International MICE Association cooperates with ADCEB to support ADBEW’s plan, the event will focus on guiding the industry in the Middle East and North Africa, and cooperating to expand membership, promote professional education and encourage business exchanges.
