According to the Los Angeles Times, just in time for Halloween, Freddie Krueger threatened the victim’s house for $3.5 million.
Although fictitiously called 1428 Elm Street in Ohio, the house is actually located in Los Angeles, California. Houses with 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms are available before midnight on Halloween.
As you know, this house belonged to Kruger when filming “Nightmare on Elm Street.”
This is the first time the house has been on the market since 2013, when the film producer Lorene Scafaria bought the house for $2.1 million.
“The facade is iconic, but when you walk in the front door, the connection with the movie stops. Inside, it’s a beautiful traditional style space with a modern touch,” said real estate agent Learka Bosnak Los Angeles Times.
If the house exceeds your budget, don’t worry. You can stop and visit during Halloween.
“Due to the pandemic, we all missed Halloween last year, so this year is a return trip for Halloween,” Bosnak told the media. “We must celebrate.”
If you are a fan of the original movie, you may remember that the global box office revenue reached 57 million US dollars in 1984. It is also known as one of the greatest horror films of all time.
According to wegotthiscovered.com, Freddie Kruger has starred in 10 movies.
“Since the character was born in 1984, Freddie has appeared in 9 films in the nightmare universe on Elm Street, but this character has also appeared in the horror spoof movie Stan Helsing (Stan Helsing), making the movie The total has reached 10.”
