Chef’s Table returns with affordable five-star dining

One of our favorite parts of Abu Dhabi Food Season…

Some of the city’s top restaurants have signed up for the new round of Chef’s Table.

As a core element of the secret to the success of the Abu Dhabi cooking season, this format allows selected capital kitchens to assemble limited-time three- and four-course menus at delicious prices.

These special gourmet kitchen talent tours will take place throughout the emirate until November 27, 2021.

This time, we got exquisite food and delicacies from 20 restaurants including Gallic newcomer and Raclette; seaside bohemian scenic spots, Buddha bar beach; Latin masters Coya and Vakava; LPM and Fouquet’s Parisian style; Punjab Grill and Martaban offer innovative Indian cuisine; modern Chinese masterpieces from Hakka mountains; Levantine treasures from Le Beirut; all Japanese umami from Tori No Su and Niri kitchens; healthy Italian swagger through soles; and more.

You can find a complete list of participating restaurants on the website abudhabiculinary.ae website. Prices range from 255 dirhams to 420 dirhams.

Tribute to the chefs

The excellent menu offered during this food festival includes Fouquet’s Burgundy Snail’s Butter Garlic Wonderland; the dramatic presentation of fried wild prawns in Hakkasan; Lee Beirut’s cheese Kunafa fudge stimulus; a Martaban Royal wealthy dal makhani; and Moksh’s special seeking tacos.

You will find Raclette’s crudo classic beef tartare on their menu; one of the dishes selected by the Buddha Bar is lime ceviche; Catch is the main ingredient of their kumquat chicken with sugar, spices and all Good things; Coya served a signature platter; and Cyan Brasserie were offering French autumn staples, duck leg oil seals, on their menu.

Niri

Try Niri’s Sesame Soy Beef; Punjab Grill’s Kolhapuri Lamb Lhasa; Sayad’s Incredible Dried Tomato Ravioli; Sol’s Beet Salmon; Terra Secca’s Tiramisu; Tori No Su’s Connoisseur’s Sushi and Raw Fish fillets; VaKaVa’s smoked guacamole; and Tuscan villa’s luxurious small eggplant parmesan cheese.
