Our friends at the UAE Literary Foundation will mark “NaNoWriMo” with a series of time-centric books this week…

Early November means another National Fiction Writing Month (also known as “NaNoWriMo”) has arrived, when aspiring authors will try to write a book throughout the month.

Since novels usually consist of tens of thousands of words, this is not only an impressive undertaking for any writer who sets out to achieve this goal, but also one that emphasizes very specific time constraints.

Therefore, in order to celebrate the birth of NaNoWriMo and to inspire anyone looking for inspiration for this challenge, our friends from the UAE Literature Foundation have compiled a reading list in which the clock and even the time itself play a very important role.
