There are a few different things coming into Dubai this month. There is a firewood restaurant with a variety of woods, where you can enjoy grilled meat, grilled fish, etc.
11 Woodfire is a collaboration between Atelier House Hospitality and the famous local chef Akmal Anuar, who is famous for 3Fils and Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori. The new restaurant will be located on Jumeirah Beach Road, close to Mercato Shopping Center.
Using various technologies and a range of wood types, as well as raw materials and agricultural products sourced globally, when 11 Woodfire opens later this month, guests can look forward to a unique menu with better flavors.
The menu will include a variety of dishes, including meat, vegetables and seafood. Diners will enjoy a variety of flavors such as fresh bread and truffle Wagyu kebabs, Australian T-bone steak, seafood, including lemon butter king crab or sea bass with hay-salted crust and tamarind.

The rendering of the space shows a large outdoor terrace with a tall leafy structure and white stone finishes. The main venue is a villa, which has been converted into a modern low-rise restaurant with large arched windows to enjoy the natural environment.
The interior uses neutral colors and a clean modern design, while the exterior seats look comfortable and stylish. 11 Woodfire’s core philosophy is transformed into a comforting fire, providing “a place to gather, connect and share honest, clean food with friends, family and loved ones”.
