On Wednesday, October 27th, we gathered 20 gourmet friends to participate in our dream dinner club special edition. What’s on the menu?
This time, we enjoyed the dazzling creative haute cuisine kitchen craft Turtle Bay Bar & Grill, located at Sadia Trotana Resorts and villas.
Chef Walter Dee Joseph planned a special What’s On dining experience, aiming to provide our guests with an immersive taste guided tour through the highlights of the venue’s menu.Highlights include foie gras sumac pottery (oh la la); poached sea bass and kiwi meuniere (fish citrus grill, but made 3021); wagyu beef with pan-fried foie gras and mille-fried potato puff pastry (fancy)2); Finish with lemongrass and kaffir lime caramel pudding.
