The Cinnamon Club, a favorite restaurant in London, opens in Dubai

If you have a firm grasp of the pulse of the London restaurant industry, you may have heard of The Cinnamon Club before. This high-end Indian restaurant group has just celebrated its 20th anniversary, so it is the best time to open in Dubai. You will find The Cinnamon Collection Dubai at the Park Hyatt Dubai. In two years, it will showcase three completely different concepts of the space: Cinnamon Club, Cinnamon Kitchen and Cinnamon Bazaar.

First, starting from December 1st, it is the Cinnamon Bazaar, which aims to “evoke the hustle and bustle of the bazaar scattered along the traditional trade routes that collected the old world empires.” This space is stunning, with bright pink, green and turquoise colors, perfectly reflecting the rich traditions, fabrics and vitality of the bazaar. Pink fabric curtains hung from the ceiling, and the bookshelves were filled with gorgeous trinkets and books.

The dishes are equally vibrant and colorful, with some signature dishes including Calcutta Crab and Beetroot in Chickpea Batter, Chicken Haleem and Masala Yeast Toast. There will also be “Bazaar Plates”, better to order to share and include things like the famous Lamb Logan Josh Shepherd’s Pie at the Cinnamon Bazaar. The chef will prepare food for you in the eye-catching open kitchen, and the carefully prepared cocktails complement the dishes.

Authentic Indian street food can also be bought from a cool trolley. Afternoon tea will appear in the form of “Bazaar High Chai”, including sandwiches, such as masala fish fingers with homemade tomato chutney, and Kadi chicken spring rolls with Kasudi tomato sauce. Desserts include saffron macarons, coriander pistachio cake and rose water marshmallows.

Later in the spring of 2022, Cinnamon Bazaar will become Cinnamon Kitchen, and then it will be transformed into The Cinnamon Club again in the fall of 2022. More details about these concepts will be disclosed later.
