The new hotel completes Jumeirah’s Nautical Hotel trilogy…

Dubai hotels are not more famous or easier to identify than Burj Al Arab. This sail-shaped hotel is world-famous, and residents will know that its neighbor, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, is designed to complement it like a wave.

Now, the third ocean-themed hotel will open with the couple to complete Jumeirah’s Nautical Hotel trilogy. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will sit next to the hotel, replacing the position previously occupied by the 360 Bar. It was announced that the project has been ongoing since the bar closed and will be ready in 2023.

With the design influence of a futuristic superyacht, Jumeirah Al Marsa will have 386 rooms and suites, four penthouses and 83 luxury hotel apartment suites, located in private landscaped gardens. We also promised more than 10 well-planned restaurants and bars, including a new concept that combines four restaurants into one.

All 390 rooms, suites and penthouses of this spacious hotel have 4 meters high ceiling height, and many of them have 11 meters wide floor-to-ceiling balcony windows. Guests will enjoy luxurious interiors, walk-in closets and bathrooms with great views. All rooms have panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.

With health and leisure as the core, the resort has a large circular swimming pool, a family infinity pool, a private VIP adult swimming pool, and a panoramic swimming pool in a three-story spa and fitness facility of 3,500 square meters.

The area will also feature a series of six-bedroom marina villas facing the sea and a new state-of-the-art 83-berth superyacht marina and boardwalk.

Jumeirah Group CEO Jose Silva commented:This ambitious project defines the next era of luxury hotels. Creating a truly remarkable experience in an unparalleled physical space designed for energy and redefining luxury is a core part of our vision.

“Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will become another iconic building on the Dubai skyline, meeting the changing needs of guests, complementing our iconic hotel, and further building the Jumeirah brand globally.”
