Today, we interviewed Mr. Tony Ebraheem, the Founder of 111Immigration. The firm provides services in 16 different countries worldwide with a complete guarantee of their work processes’ legality. They help people through 2nd citizenship and residence by investment programs. Furthermore, since they are lawyers specializing in this field, the results of their services ought to be top-notch. Explain the background of you and the company in detail.

111 Immigration is fully regulated company based in the UAE with support of two legal companies 111 legal services LLC and 111 legal services limited.

We provide an international immigration services. We aren’t solely based on common immigration. Instead, we also deal with mainly citizenship and residentship by investment in 16 different countries.

We include government official websites in each of our service listings on our website for credibility. We believe in transparency and we share the positive and negative aspects of each program.

Through 111 Legal Services, we want to provide all legal services to clients as a professional legal advisory, whether a corporate or commercial requirement. What makes us unique is that we are authorized to attest the documents as certify true copy for all immigration, citizenship and residence by investment program worldwide. This type of service is in high demand since there is only few of firms that they have it as one of their activities.

For example, if someone wants to apply for citizenship or renew a passport, they need certification, and we do all this. I haven’t seen any company provide all such services under one name.

What are your goals?

My main goal is to bring the digital revolution to Citizenship and Residence by Investment Industry. I have always noticed how this industry runs behind in the digitalization race. That’s why I want this revolution. I aim to build a system that can save time for people and even companies as well. As our industry doesn’t have the touch of technology to it, I am focusing on bringing this digital revolution by the end of 2022.

What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?

I am a lawyer by profession, and hence I am sure that I can provide valuable services to my clients. However, I have noticed how very few lawyers have these services, and those who do, don’t have enough expertise to help clients exactly to their requirements. Our expertise, knowledge, and experience are our biggest strengths.

Furthermore, clients’ wouldn’t want someone with no knowledge to provide immigration services to them. In our case, we’ve done a plethora of cases that allowed us to get immense experience and knowledge. It always helps us to have the highest rate or approvals.

Why did you start this company, and what was your path?

Before starting this company, I used to be a legal advisor at one of the law firms. After continuing 5 years with them, I got this urge to do something unique with my own ideas and beliefs. I felt like doing things my own and proper way. Hence, I decided to start this Company in December 2019.

I started implementing strategies and came up with ideas. Later on, in January 2020, I started Triple One Immigration Services. However, that was not the end. In 2020 October, I started with the idea of 111 Legal Services LLC and then established 111 Legal Services Limited in December 2021.

The idea behind it was to provide my clients with all the necessary services they would require regarding the Citizenship and Residence by Investment Industry.

What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome, and how did you deal with the covid pandemic?

The biggest challenge for everyone in this industry is fake pricing and getting misled worldwide. So often, clients get misled when it comes to professional advice and pricing in the Citizenship and Residence by Investment Industry. The reason is that agents and such companies are driven by their benefits rather than clients’ requirements.

Hence, all this leads to degradation in the clients’ trust for all such companies.

When talking about Covid, it didn’t affect us. We processed everything, even during the pandemic. Furthermore, we sent the documents to the governments worldwide and continued with all the related processes. However, they accepted soft copies after authorizing and attesting the documents.

Give us one word that describes you the best.

Knowledge. I think that my knowledge, experience, and qualifications can describe my company and me the best. We have a team of qualified professionals and have immense knowledge, experience, and expertise in this industry to be a reliable partner to our clients.

What makes you excited about Mondays?

I always miss my office and the team on weekends. It’s like my kingdom. The thing is, I like to go back to the things that I always love and what I am passionate about. That’s why I always look forward to Mondays when I return to my office. Furthermore, I am also passionate about providing services to my clients that suit their requirements and conditions, which makes me look forward to hearing from them more.

What do you value most about your culture and vision?

I was born and raised in a different family where I was taught that telling the truth is highly crucial. That’s why I am unaware of how to lie. I value this from my side about how I was raised to do things the right way.

In addition, I want to continue with such a value and vision since only a few people are honest with clients and give advice as per clients’ benefits. I always follow the truth when dealing with clients. I deal with them not as if they are my clients. Rather, I think of them and the company as a family. And hence, I provide them with the best advice and knowledge as a family member.

Another vision that I have, as discussed previously, is to revolutionize our industry digitally and provide the best advice to the clients.

Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.

Digitalizing the industry. This is the project that forced me to do things differently. It’s the entire idea behind starting my company. First, I saw that there is a lack of credible sources for clients. Furthermore, companies in this industry also lacked experience in serving clients and adhering to the requirements.

For example, when a client required to have certain visa free to one country, companies provided them with programs that didn’t cover such needs exactly. Hence, why apply for a program that doesn’t grant this access.

It was a gap that I felt I needed to fill. That’s why I aim to digitalize the company through innovation and technology.

What are your company’s strategies, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?

Being a lawyer with experience and knowledge of the industry is what makes us different from our competitors. Furthermore, I aim to go digital and add technology since our line of work does not have the technology.

Especially after Covid, the need for technology has increased greatly. I didn’t think we could have convenient meetings without traveling anywhere before the Covid pandemic. However, after the transitions brought in due to Covid, here we are, talking conveniently through digital means and fulfilling even important meetings.

I feel it’s more convenient. If we implement it or integrate such technologies into our industry, I feel this would be the best opportunity for us to grow more.

Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?

We appeal the case when it is legit, I don’t let any case go in vain. Some of the companies may say sorry, and we can’t do anything about it. However, I was always dedicated to helping clients and fighting till the end until their applications got approval. I don’t like to lose.

We even came across big cases that may even be difficult to deal with. Some cases got rejected first. However, we never gave up! We kept up with the appeals and won after the appeal. We are still doing that and achieving immense success in this regard.

How do you see the company changing in two years, and do you see yourself creating that change?

Of course, that’s the main reason to establish the company: Creating change! To change the industry to make it aligned with other industries having technology. I want to make this industry alive and more digitized. Maybe we will see robots being personal assistants to clients in the future.

What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?

We don’t merely help with services regarding granting citizenship. Instead, we always advise our clients about what’s the next step. Once the person gets citizenship, we advise how they can move forward with their national ID, license, travel guide, etc. Then, when our clients want to travel to the countries, we help them to know the things, ways, and information on the country. Today, we are also supporting the UAE to Grenada direct flight. And of course, after the services, They can pick them up and drive to the hotel.

Tell us something about your upcoming products or services?

To have the system and mobile application where accessing information will be easier. This is our upcoming projects. I am to bring Digital Revolution because no one has done it before. I believe that once you do it at the first stage with tools that you have into this system and application, you will be ruling compared to others.
