Music and entertainment on multiple stages kicks off today (July 2) as Celebrate America 2022 begins.

From July 2nd to 4th, a range of entertainment events take place along the lakefront, especially the fireworks show at 9:30pm on July 4th.

The Port of Kenosha’s Celebrate America events are Saturday, July 2-3, 3-10pm, and Monday, July 4, 11am-10pm.

Live music, Dock Dogs Diving competitions and vendors are located north of 54th Street between 6th and 2nd Avenues, with more music and vendors at Veterans Memorial Park (625 52nd St.). Admission is free and open to the public. Food and beverages are available for purchase.

Dock Dog Diving Competition

The Dock Dogs Diving competition is held Saturday through Monday at a large swimming pool next to the 54th Street Seaport, east of Sixth Avenue.

Dog owners and crowds encouraged the dogs to jump off the dock to retrieve the toys.

Onsite registration and practice starts at 4pm today, 3pm Sunday and 11am Monday, with performances starting an hour later each day. The Big Air finals kick off on July 4th at 7pm.

Live music at Pennoyer Park Band Shell’s “Let Free Sing” stage at Lakeside 35th Street and Seventh Avenue on July 4th.

This kenosha pop concert band Patriotic favorites will be performed from 4pm to 6pm
