Explain the background of you and your company in detail.
We, at Sanad, aim to meet clients’ needs by offering them our services. We have an experienced and distinguished team, fully capable of tackling tasks in the most effective and efficient ways.
I was born and raised in the capital of UAE, Abu Dhabi. As the Founder & CEO atSanad, I have developed my career in many roles, from salesman to Founder & CEO.
My latest challenge has been creating the first steps for Sanad services to improve the meaning of the word SANAD which means support and creation of an easy-going business through my contributions as the Founder & CEO.
With an extensive business and public relations background, I am an expert on creating business ideas and plans to save costs & earn cash in hand faster. I also serve people by supporting them smartly and offering quick solutions. This work led me to my current role at Sanad.
I am responsible for growing the business by creating new activities, building up the company’s reputation, and joining the work team in processing tasks that need my experience.
Abdullah Ketaneh,what are your goals?
My goal is to be the number one supportive service provider to clients who get stuck in the middle of many options that make them confused about what to do. And why do so? And how to do so.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?
At Sanad, we don’t specify a single strength because everything positive we achieve everyday is a strength to us. I consider this the main strength that creates a new motivation for us daily.
What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?
We took the path of ‘Never say no to a call.’ Each call we receive from a client teaches us new information about the services people are looking for, and the same call motivates us to a new challenge and it teaches us new ways to find solutions and fulfil the requirements.
Why did you start this company?
I started this company to deliver easy solutions to others, saving their money, efforts and time.
After going through a long time of hard experience in the business field, I wanted to make things easier for others so they could prevent my mistakes which cost me time, effort and money.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Covid-19 has been the biggest challenge for me. It has changed the world of business in many ways. Sanad is always the middle between a client and governmental & private sectors providing services to the public. It was a big challenge at that time to control the business while the public lifestyle changed and the UAE government procedures towards Covid-19.

What do you value most about your culture and vision?
To serve the society of UAE and achieve the social and economic goals as well as raise awareness for customers through providing premium services.
Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.
One of the projects is achieving the (global CEO awareness) I made in 2020.
What are the strategies of your company, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?
Our strategies include listening to the client and making studies about quick and easy solutions to that. In addition, we also highlight new sides which could support the client’s business and work on following the reasons which may cause issues.
Our competitors are specialized in several services, while at Sanad, we are specialized in a new service at the time.
What are the key values which helped you to overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?
Back in 2016, I moved to live in Germany to work on a project for some time. From day one, I started to face difficulties with every single transaction related to documentation, housing, driving license, etc.
Plus, the fact that I couldn’t speak the Deutsch language and didn’t know anyone there became the roadblocks that taught me how to make the first step in life. I also learned how to be stronger towards difficulties at anytime, anywhere.
How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
I believe that the next two years will be full of achievements, making Sanad the main service provider for business owners.
I also believe that I will create that change in many ways, but the main way is to raise the reputation of Sanad in the UAE.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?
It’s going towards the peace of mind for everyone who wishes to have their own business, and to the point where our clients could focus on the competitiveness more than risks and time.
What are the services/solutions or products offered by your company on par with the current industry standards? Tell us something about your upcoming products or services?
As a licensed services provider by the ministry of economy in Abu Dhabi, we do not specialize in a certain number of services. As I mentioned before, we never say ‘No’ to any call since our team is highly experienced in the services industry in UAE.
