Play:Date & Friday’s children cooperate with Festival Plaza, Jebel Ali will host a series of educational and parenting activities – Dubai Blog

The local children’s social application Play:Date and the Dubai podcast Friday’s Child collaborated with Festival Plaza and Jebel Ali to launch a series of free educational and parenting activities for families in the UAE. The monthly community event is hosted by Peta Al Akawi and is carefully planned to educate parents and allow them to contact various babies, children and parenting experts at zero cost.

Titled ‘A meaningful family club in the festival square supported by Play:Date, A series of activities will start on the 21st^Yingshi August 2021 (10 am to 12 pm), expert guest Cecile de Scally, chief parent educator of Malaak Mama & Baby Care (aka The Baby Whisperer). In addition to providing informative seminars, Cecile will also answer participants’ questions in live Q&A. Host Peta will also conduct a live interview with Cecile so that attendees can learn more about her experience and how she helped families in the UAE. These events will be held once a month, always on the second Saturday, and there will be different experts and guests every month. The Festival Plaza is located in Jebel Ali, part of the Al-Futtaim Group, close to Al Furjan and Jebel Ali villages, and only minutes away from the marina, Palm Island, JLT, Jumeirah Parks and Islands, Tecom and Discovery Gardens.

Some of the guest experts before the partner include Jordana Ventzke, a pediatric nutritionist, feeding therapist, and weaning expert, and Hayley Bukhamsin, a certified infant sleep educator, to name a few.
