They also offer LIFT classes, a slower 50-minute flex sesh that focuses on “building muscle mass and focusing on form.”
To keep things fresh during these 7 days a week, there will be a mix of members from the glamorous training entourage leadership program. You’ll also find ladies-only classes, themed classes, live DJ classes and challenges on the super convenient Barry’s app.
Barry’s Fuel Bar offers a delicious and nutritious menu with over 20 different shakes, and a clothing store that regularly pairs its clever in-house design team with international and local fashionistas for exclusive collaborative athleisure wear. Yes, it can also be worn on the deli counter at Spinney’s.
