Russia says ceasefire negotiated between Armenia and Azerbaijan | World News

Russia said on Tuesday it had negotiated a ceasefire with the former Soviet Union Armenia and Azerbaijanafter a new border clash between historic rivals left dozens dead.

“We expect that the ceasefire brokered by Russia will be fully implemented on September 13 this year at 9:00 am Moscow time (0600 GMT),” Moscow’s foreign ministry said in a statement, adding, It was “extremely concerned” with the escalation of combat.
