president Joe Biden Will be interviewed by journalists Scott Paley for 60 minutes.
This will be Biden’s first interview since taking office as the 46th president of the United States. In the interview with Paley, Biden discussed inflation, Russia’s war on Ukraine, U.S.-China tensions, the midterm elections, and more. Paley spoke with Biden at the White House and in Detroit in a two-part report.

This is the 55th season of the groundbreaking news show, Paley told People Magazine Biden has been trying to coordinate the interview since he took office. Their initial meeting date was delayed due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, a topic that will almost certainly be featured on Sunday night’s show. (Pelley notes that in awe of the president’s consideration, Biden himself called to apologize for delaying their conversation — “he could have called the deputy press secretary.”)
Paley did the job for him and had to prepare to ask Biden in-depth questions about what was going on in the U.S. and the rest of the world.from people:

For years, Biden has been 60 minutes many times, both by himself and with former presidents Barack Obama. He was last seen days before the 2020 presidential election.
