Imdaad signs contract with Landmark Tower in Abu Dhabi

Dubai, UAE: Imdaad, a Dubai-based group of companies providing integrated, sustainable facilities management (FM) services that improve the operational efficiency of tangible assets, has officially won a three-year contract to provide a range of Hard and soft FM services are located in the landmark buildings of the UAE capital. The agreement will see the company provide a full range of solutions and services in Abu Dhabi’s second tallest building, located on Corniche and operated by Pearlstone Management.

Under the terms of the contract, Imdaad will provide a triple service of hard, soft and professional services to simplify operations within the building’s 97,010.25 square foot parcel. Over a three-year period, the company will provide key FM services such as electrical and plumbing maintenance, cleaning and landscaping services, chiller management (CPM) services and HVAC management, as well as supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software systems that allow Imdaad monitors facility processes at local or remote locations. In addition, the company will act as a management agency for workforce-focused soft services, including valet parking, reception, health club management and lifeguard services.

Imdaad will assign 89 dedicated staff to work within Landmark Tower, covering the management of hard services, soft services and ongoing projects. At 329.1 meters high, the Landmark Tower has 74 floors above ground and five floors below ground, and is one of the largest and most prestigious locations in Abu Dhabi. The tower features 140 residential units, 35 commercial floors and four retail stores, all overlooking the sparkling waters of the Arabian Gulf.

The organisation currently responsible for the Landmark Tower facility is Pearlstone Management. Founded in 2006 as Foundation Property Management LLC, the company is one of the most prominent property management companies in the United Arab Emirates. Imdaad’s facility management services contract marks the second time the two organizations have collaborated.
